Kat is a Certified Professional Energy Empowerment Coach who specializes in helping clients that struggle with inner doubt, perfectionism and being way too hard on themselves. She will help you find, celebrate and practice self-love and lead you to live the purposeful, meaningful and peace-filled life of your dreams.

Overcoming life altering losses of her own and having experienced being way too hard on herself and not knowing how not to be, led her to become a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator. This national certification and training taught her how to help herself and others with the work of Dr. Brené Brown. She also received a certification from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and is an Energy Leadership Index Master. She has an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree as an occupational therapy practitioner and coaches through the occupational therapy lens, which holistically sees the whole person. (Spiritual, emotional, mental, intellectual, physical and environmental)

She is insightful, trained and equipped with many tools, strategies, and concepts to help begin a transformation. She is a facilitator of growth and movement. She has learned that all the answers lie within and empowers us to tap into our resourcefulness. Kat’s purpose and passion are to align herself alongside you as you explore and expand your awareness, identifying what’s holding you back or where you might feel stuck. Kat will gladly share what she has learned along the way inspiring others to enter, move through, and beyond the dark places they fear most to retrieve the treasure they call by their very own sacred name. The most important thing we can do is to be ourselves, love ourselves and celebrate our unique and miraculous authenticity.

Kat and her husband Clyde, also a coach, have been married for 25 years. They are both long time members of Toastmasters. Together they have three fantastic sons, four amazing grandchildren, and a beloved Pomeranian dog-named Blue.

Kat grew up in Maryland and has traveled much of the United States. She spent several years in Rome Italy as a child; job interviewed in Iceland and has visited Malaysia. Kat loves seeing new places, meeting new people and celebrating difference and culture.

For fun Kat enjoys chatting up the Baltimore Ravens with her son, learning new things, teaching, laughing, painting, walking, and sharing lunch with a friend or two.
Kat joined the Wholistic Woman community in September of 2017 as an Affiliate Coach. She is very excited to learn, grow and have lots of fun with this AMAZING community of woman.

Kat is the Founder and CEO of WholeHearted Concepts started in 2015. A company that specializes in helping YOU have the BEST relationship with yourself, others, and the community as a whole, in hopes of making this a better world.
