Kim WIlson

Kim is a Certified Holistic Health Coach (CHC). Her certification was earned through The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Towson University.

Kim owns her own business, Kim Wilson, LLC, which specializes in empowering and educating women to get to the root of what’s going on with their own unique, individual body. Focusing on the mind, body and spirit, Kim helps women find balance in areas of personal and physical wellness. Nutrition and exercise are key components of a healthy lifestyle, but there are other areas, such as healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, spirituality and self-care. Kim stresses the importance of balance in all of these areas.

Her own personal health journey inspired her to give back and help others based on what she learned and still applies in her own life. Kim helps women take back their health and happiness, get to the root cause of what’s holding them back and provides tools to help women thrive! She helps women accomplish their goals with simple nutrition and lifestyle changes. She is a huge advocate of the “food is medicine” philosophy and applies the same concept when helping her clients.

She works with women one-on-one and coaches through online groups and programs. Kim enjoys hosting demonstrations at the local farmers markets, educating others about the farm to table lifestyle and creates her own clean recipes.

Kim is a retired police officer. She has a huge passion for helping others and working with the community. She is a life-long resident of Maryland and currently resides in Frederick.
