Be Compassionate Evening Retreat

Do you struggle with being compassionate at times?

Perhaps someone at work drives you crazy, or maybe a stranger acts in ways that you find inappropriate, or maybe you have an inner-critic that judges how you show up in the world.

Research shows that there are 3 elements to compassion

  1. Kindness
  2. Common Humanity
  3. Mindfulness

At this evening retreat, led by Coach Laura, you will learn ways to cultivate more compassion for others and for yourself. During this interactive workshop you will:

  • Experience a guided meditation on self-compassion
  • Participate in small group discussions on compassion
  • Walk away with strategies to put compassion to work in your life
